Trattoria Bella was founded in 2012 by Executive Chef Matteo Rossi, carrying forward three generations of culinary traditions from his nonna's kitchen in Bologna, Italy. Every morning, our kitchen team hand-rolls fresh pasta using 100% imported Italian Caputo flour and simmers our signature sauces for hours. Our wood-fired oven burns seasoned oak to craft authentic Neapolitan pizzas in under 90 seconds.
