Artisanal Roastery began in 2018 as a humble garage micro-roaster driven by a single belief: coffee should highlight the natural terroir of every farm. We work directly with family-owned micro-lots in Yirgacheffe, Ethiopia and Huila, Colombia—paying well above fair-trade prices to ensure sustainable agricultural practices. Every batch is hand-roasted weekly on our vintage cast-iron drum roaster in Portland. Come pull up a stool at our craft espresso bar and experience the honest flavor of single-origin coffee.
